Workshop at height

Specialized Spidermen

Rope access...

ROPE ACCESS was developed mainly for use on oil and gas platforms in the North Sea in the 1980s, but since then this revolutionary method has been increasingly used on our urban and industrial construction sites.

In fact, when it comes to difficult-to-access jobs, this technique has proved its worth all over the world. It is recognized as one of the safest methods, with a low incident rate for workers at risk of falling. This is due to the rigorous adherence to the code of practice created by SPRAT/IRATAformalized operating procedures and comprehensive workplace health and safety programs.

WHY CHOOSE TO USE

Rope access for your work at height?

Safety

As mentioned, rope access safely solves your access needs at height or in confined spaces, while saving you time and money. With rope access, workers can quickly get into position without scaffolding, aerial work platforms or bucket trucks. Using specialized techniques, we can access work areas that are otherwise physically impossible to reach safely and/or economically.

Efficiency

Customers who use the services of ATELIER EN HAUTEUR and who have already used conventional means of access, confirm its effectiveness, versatility, speed of execution and our rigorous safety discipline.

THE ENVIRONMENT

Also, on the environmental front, our customers are amazed at how little or no noise is generated during the work. They note that this rope access method requires no vehicles or heavy machinery with noisy, invasive engines to occupy their lawns, streets, alleyways and tenant parking lots in order to carry out the work. ROPE ACCESS is non-polluting, non-destructive and non-invasive. It takes up a minimum of site space, except in certain situations where the building arrives directly on a sidewalk and it is impossible to leave the 1.5-meter clearance required for pedestrians, for example.
